Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Customized or personalized jewellery items.
  • Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
  • Products without original certifications and packaging.

Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed as follows:

  • Original Payment Method: Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after approval.
  • Shipping Fees: If you were charged any additional shipping fees (e.g., expedited delivery), these will not be refunded.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your item for another, please contact us to initiate the process. Exchanges are subject to the availability of the new item and must adhere to the same conditions as returns.


Non-Refundable Items

Please note that customised, engraved, or final-sale items are not eligible for returns or refunds. We encourage customers to double-check all details before placing custom orders.


Damaged or Defective Items
